I have studied all major dietary theories and I use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.

As an Integrative Health Coach, I create a supportive, confidential environment that will enable you to achieve what you want. I believe that small, incremental changes integrated into your life over a period of time is the best way to bring about real and lasting lifestyle changes.  This is where true transformation can happen.

While most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats and proteins, my program is different. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good/bad foods, I counsel my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and the dreaded willpower. Together, we will create a personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle preferences and goals.

I have some questions for you:
